Who's writing the reply

Pre-commitment: published before we build any bot, so we cannot quietly slip one in later.

Right now — every reply is written by a human.

No auto-reply, no chatbot, no AI in the loop. WhatsApp, email, and phone are all answered by the owner or staff. If a reply takes 15 min during business hours, it's because someone is typing it.

If we ever add an AI assistant for first-touch FAQs, these six rules bind us:
  1. It identifies itself as AI in its first message of every conversation. Not "guess if it's a bot."
  2. It never quotes a final price. Only ranges from /pricing.
  3. It never makes scheduling, availability, lead-time, or stock commitments.
  4. It hands off to a human immediately on request — no upsell first, no "let me try once more."
  5. The date AI was first deployed will be logged on /transparency-report as a dated change-log entry.
  6. We will never disable the AI label or claim a bot reply was from a human.

If you ever read a reply that breaks one of these six rules, that is a corrections-receipt event under /transparency-report §4. Tell us and we will log it.
