WALLBED KING 窩居·家
📸 Photo policy

Every install image we publish, licensed.

In 2025 a buyer caught us using stock-photo placeholders. We replaced them within 48 hours and adopted the policy below. The fake-quote red-flag #5 (copied stock photos) is on this site because we made that mistake first.

A photo on a furniture website is a claim. The claim is "this is what we do." If the photo is from a stock library, copied from another vendor, or AI-generated, the claim is dishonest — even if the underlying work is real. This page is the policy that closes that gap.

Five rules we follow on every photo we publish

  1. 1. Owner-consent only on the gallery

Every install photo on the homepage / inspiration / blog galleries is from a real WALLBED KING install with the property owner's written photo-release form on file. No stock images. No copied images from other vendors. No AI-generated images.

  2. 2. Signed release form before any publication

The release is a one-page document specifying: the customer's name, the install address, the date, which photos are released, where they may appear (this site / social media / press), and the right to revoke at any time. Customer keeps a copy. We file the original.

  3. 3. EXIF metadata scrubbed before web upload

Phone/camera EXIF often includes GPS coordinates, device serial number, original capture timestamp. We strip all EXIF on every published image to protect customer privacy. The image you see on this site has no embedded data that could identify the flat or owner.

  4. 4. Right to revoke is honored within 48 hours

If a customer asks us to remove a photo — for any reason, no questions asked — it comes off the live site within 48 hours of receipt. Cached copies on Google / Wayback / social platforms are outside our direct control but we issue takedown requests for those too.

  5. 5. Every photo on this site has provenance on internal record

We maintain an internal photo register: file path, capture date, install address (for our reference only, not published), customer name, release-form ID, finish description. If you ever wonder whether a specific photo is a real WALLBED KING install — ask, and we'll show you the register entry on a showroom visit (with the address redacted unless the customer is one of our consented references).

What's NOT under this policy

How to verify any specific photo on this site

  1. Right-click → "Search image with Google" or "Save image as".
  2. If the same image appears on AliExpress or 5+ other vendor sites, that's a flag. Tell us. We will investigate within 48 hours and either provide the release-form ID + capture context, or remove the image.
  3. If the image returns no other matches but you still want verification, walk into the showroom — we'll pull up the photo register entry for that file path and show you the chain of custody.

If you spot a stock photo on this site

It would be a violation of our own policy. We want to know. Send the URL of the page + the filename + your reverse-image-search result. We'll either correct it within 48 hours or, if we can't, take it down while we investigate.

2025 reminder: the stock-photo placeholder issue we corrected after a buyer flagged it was caught exactly this way. The buyer who flagged it isn't a customer — and we still bought them a coffee. Same offer applies.
