Home measurement and design consultation are provided free of charge with no obligation. A written quote will be provided after measurement. A deposit is required to begin production.

Wall beds and custom furniture are built to the specifications agreed in the quote. Once production has started, changes may incur additional costs. Refunds are not available for custom-made items unless there is a manufacturing defect covered by warranty.
Installation is performed by our own team. Access arrangements (building management, lift booking, parking) are the customer's responsibility. We will reschedule at no extra cost if access is denied on the day.
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability in any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
