Staged payment 30/40/30
Not a lump sum. 30% deposit on contract sign · 40% on delivery to site · 30% only after a 15-item hand-back checklist is signed by you. The final 30% is your real protection — we don't get paid in full until you've put your name on the install.
If a competitor demands 100% upfront on custom HK furniture, that's the single biggest red flag. Walk away.

7-day deposit cooling-off
If you change your mind within 7 calendar days of paying the deposit AND we have not yet placed your custom production order, we refund 100%. After we cut your specific panels, refund drops because materials are committed. Production-start date is on the contract.

10-year warranty in writing
Not "10-year warranty" as a marketing line. A full paragraph covering: parts AND labour for the SBLM mechanism · annual checkups in your home · transferable to a new owner if you sell the flat · explicit list of what voids it. The whole document is on /warranty.html before you commit a dollar.
Plus a 12-card annual checkup specification + a 90-second quarterly user maintenance routine — no surprises about what "warranty" means.

HK Business Registration — verifiable
Ask via WhatsApp for our BR number. Cross-check it on the Inland Revenue Department's public BR Number Inquiry — free, instant. Any seller who refuses or sends a screenshot you can't verify is a hard stop, not just for us.

Past-customer reference call (on consent)
If you're seriously considering a HKD 30k–80k install, ask us to introduce you to a recent customer in your district who has agreed in writing to be a reference. We have a small list. Real ones. We will never share customer info uninvited — but we will broker the intro if you ask.
All five, on the same contract
Every customer signs a one-page plain-language contract before deposit. It contains: scope · panel material grade · mechanism model + US patent number · install date window · staged-payment schedule · cooling-off date · 10-year warranty · accepted-handback checklist + signoff line. Ask for the blank template at the showroom — we'll show it to you before you commit a dollar.
