A roadmap is a kind of pre-promise. If we publish "we'll ship X by date Y" and then don't, the whole transparency stack is weakened. So the bar for putting an item below is: we have a clear plan and reasonable confidence we can deliver. Items we'd like to do but aren't confident about, we list under "explicit non-commitments".
Q3 2026 (July–September)
Use the toolkit at /reviews-collection.html to onboard 30+ past customers. Switch homepage AggregateRating from placeholder to live numbers once threshold is hit.
Verification HTML files in repo. Once verified, real query data feeds back into content decisions for Q4.
Currently disclosed only on showroom request. Closes the iter-37 trust-scorecard gap.
Q4 2026 (October–December)
Walk every contract since 2018, dedup against warranty registry, publish single audited number. Replaces the "hundreds" placeholder in /transparency-report.html.
Move WhatsApp + email pipeline into a CRM so the 2027 transparency report can publish median quote-to-deposit time (currently "not yet tracked").
Currently single digits. Reach out to every 2024–2026 customer with a one-page release form. Goal: published count in 2027 transparency report.
Q1 2027 (January–March)
All 10 metrics committed in the 2026 edition with audited numbers. New section: third-party warranty insurer chosen (or explicit "still no insurer + here's why").
Commission HK-based assessor. Publish methodology + kg-CO₂e per install. Replaces the placeholder text in /sustainability.html.
Engage a third-party HK insurance assessor to spot-check warranty registry + claim outcomes. Adds a new "audited by" line on the warranty page.
Q2 2027 (April–June) — site infrastructure
Enables strict CSP, SRI hashes on CDN scripts, HSTS preload, security.txt auto-served. Closes the iter-54 security gaps.
Generate page-specific 1200×630 social-share images instead of the one shared og-image.jpg. Improves social CTR meaningfully.
Add automated performance + accessibility scoring to the deploy gate. Threshold: every page must score ≥90 on all 4 Lighthouse categories.
Explicit non-commitments (things we won't do)
Honesty about scope. Each of these we've considered and explicitly chosen not to pursue.
Per /insurance.html — we refuse jobs requiring structural-engineering certification rather than insure for it. Will not be added.
Custom installs need site survey + measurement. We will never sell a wall bed without the showroom-or-survey gate. No "buy now" button.
Real customer references on consent only. We will not pay HK lifestyle influencers for posts. Genuine press coverage we'll pitch through /press-kit.html.
We stay focused on wall beds + integrated combos. Full-flat renovation we coordinate, but the wall bed is the core. We'd rather be the best at one thing than mid-tier across five.
How we're held to this roadmap
- Quarterly review: we reread this page every 3 months and update the status of each item. The quarterly review date is in the hero above.
- Public delta: if we drop or delay an item, the dropped item moves to /trust.html "what we got wrong" with the reason. The roadmap doesn't quietly change.
- 2027 transparency report includes a "what we said we'd ship vs what we shipped" section. If we ship 80% of this list, that's an honest delivery rate. If we ship 30%, that's also published.
